Parking Information

Men’s Basketball - Parking begins 3 hours prior to game time. All surrounding lots will be reserved. For general parking, park at Rice-Eccles Stadium and take TRAX to Huntsman Center for free on campus. Gymnastics - Parking begin 3 hours before the meet begins. Parking is FREE in all parking lots except the Annex lot, located directly east of the Huntsman Center.

Women’s Basketball - Parking is FREE and all surrounding lots will be open 2 hours prior to game time.

Public Transportation

Fans are strongly encouraged to arrive to the Huntsman Center using the areas public transportation system. There are two Huntsman Center TRAX stations, located southwest and directly east of the Huntsman Center. It is a short walk to the Huntsman Center from both stations. UTA Busses are also a good alternative to reach the Huntsman Center.

Ticket Office & Will Call

The Ticket Office is located on the Southeast part of the Huntsman Center. Guests can purchase tickets at the outside ticket windows and pick up will-call inside.
Men’s Basketball - Ticket office opens at 10:00 am.
Gymnastics meets – Ticket office opens at 10:00 am.
Women’s Basketball – Ticket office opens 1 hour before game.

Gate Information

Men’s Basketball - All public gates will open 1 ½ hours prior to game time.
Gymnastics – All public gates will open 1 ½ hours prior to the meet. Door 1 (Southeast) will open 2 hours before.
Women’ Basketball – All public gates will open 1 hour before game time.
Arrive early if you want to avoid long lines at the Gates.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES may enter at any public entrance.

FAMILY RESTROOMS: Portal 2
SMOKING LOCATION: A Designated smoking section is provided outside Door 3, across from portal 10.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is not permitted inside the Huntsman Center. Guests found with alcohol will be ejected from the arena.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests should not take any action that inhibits the progress of any game or event.
  • Guests should avoid clothing that could potentially distract other guests or diminish the ability of other guests to enjoy any game or event
  • Guests should avoid the use of foul or abusive language and refrain from making any obscene gestures
  • Guests should refrain from any display of affection inappropriate in a public setting

Exit Routes

Following a event at the Huntsman Center, vehicles will not be allowed to make a left turn across TRAX lines, so please plan ahead.
