Guests can purchase tickets to events at utahtickets.com, by calling the box office at 801-581-UTIX (8849) or by visiting the ticket offices at Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center.

Rice-Eccles Box Office: Located southwest of the tower in the Gallery Building. Open Monday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. During home football games, ticket windows will remain open through the first half.

Huntsman Center Box Office: Located on the southeast side of the building. On home game days, ticket windows will remain open through the first half of the game.

Lost, Stolen, Left at Home or Destroyed Tickets

Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Huntsman Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten tickets and tickets will not be replaced free of charge. A police report is required to verify stolen tickets.

Replacement Tickets

Replacement tickets can be obtained at the ticket office by the ordering customer with a photo ID. We recommend that customers arrive one to two hours before the event to resolve any replacement ticket issues.

Season Tickets

Season tickets for all University of Utah Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball and Gymnastics can be purchased through UtahTickets.com.

Non-Athletic Events

These Terms apply to all concerts, touring productions, family shows, and other non-athletic engagements at Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Jon M. Huntsman Center. These Terms do not apply to University of Utah Athletics events.

All policies are subject to modification at any time and may vary based on the requirements of the producer, promoter, presenter, or approved ticketing provider.

1. Incorporation of Ticketing Provider Terms

All ticket purchases are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of the University’s approved ticketing provider utilized for the event. In the event of a conflict between the ticketing provider’s terms and these Venue Terms, the more restrictive provision shall control to the extent permitted by law.

2. Revocable License

Each ticket constitutes a revocable license granting admission to a designated event. The license may be revoked at any time, with or without cause, at the discretion of the venue, University, or event promoter.

3. All-In Pricing & Taxes

Ticket prices displayed at checkout include the stated ticket price and mandatory venue or service fees where required by law.

Applicable sales tax is not included in displayed ticket prices and will be added at checkout where required.

Pricing is subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

4. Dynamic Pricing

Certain events may utilize dynamic pricing models. Under dynamic pricing, ticket prices may increase or decrease based on market demand, inventory levels, or other factors determined by the promoter or approved ticketing provider.

Ticket prices are set at the time of purchase. The venue does not guarantee that ticket prices will remain constant and will not issue refunds, credits, or price adjustments if ticket prices change after purchase.

5. Platinum and Market-Based Tickets

Certain events may offer Platinum, market-based, or similarly designated ticket inventory. Platinum tickets are tickets made available at prices that may be higher than standard face value and are adjusted based on supply and demand.

Platinum ticket pricing is determined by the promoter and/or approved ticketing provider. Platinum tickets do not include additional amenities, merchandise, meet-and-greet access, or VIP benefits unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

The venue does not guarantee future pricing changes and will not provide refunds, credits, or adjustments due to fluctuations in market-based ticket pricing.

6. VIP Packages & Premium Add-Ons

Certain events may offer VIP packages, premium experiences, or special add-ons. These packages may include merchandise, hospitality, early entry, meet-and-greet opportunities, or other benefits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, VIP packages and related benefits are created, managed, and fulfilled by the artist, artist representative, promoter, or producer and not by the venue.

The venue is not responsible for the fulfillment, delivery, quality, timing, or availability of VIP package elements. Any questions, disputes, or claims regarding VIP components must be directed to the designated VIP provider identified at the time of purchase.

The venue does not guarantee meet-and-greet access, artist interaction, or specific package components and shall not be liable for changes, substitutions, or cancellations of VIP benefits.

Refund eligibility for VIP packages is determined by the promoter and/or VIP provider and may differ from standard ticket policies.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by the promoter.

• Exchanges, if permitted, are subject to availability and may incur exchange fees.
• Service and processing fees are non-refundable except where an event is fully canceled and no rescheduled date is announced.
• No refunds shall be issued for failure to attend, lineup changes, delays, partial performances, or acts of force majeure unless determined by the promoter.

Event date, time, performers, and supporting acts are subject to change.

8. Complimentary Tickets

Complimentary tickets are non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for benefits, upgrades, or privileges associated with tickets that carry a stated dollar value. These tickets have no cash value and remain subject to all applicable venue policies. Transfer of complimentary tickets may be restricted at the discretion of the venue and/or event promoter.

9. Child Ticketing Policy

Unless otherwise specified by the event promoter, all guests 24 months of age and older are required to have a valid ticket for entry.

Children under 24 months of age may be admitted without a ticket, provided they sit on the lap of a ticketed adult and do not occupy a separate seat.

Certain events, particularly family shows or promoter-designated productions, may implement event-specific child ticketing policies, including different age thresholds or requirements for child tickets.

Guests should refer to the specific event page or event listing for the most current child ticketing policy, as promoter requirements may override the standard venue policy.

10. Payment Terms

Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and approved digital wallets.

Cash and checks are not accepted.

The venue reserves the right to cancel any transaction due to suspected fraud, billing discrepancies, chargebacks, or inability to verify payment information.

11. Ticket Delivery & Use

Tickets are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.

Screenshots, altered tickets, or duplicated barcodes may be denied entry. The venue is not responsible for technological failures related to personal devices.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests, sweepstakes, or other trade purposes without the prior written consent of the venue or promoter.

12. Ticket Limits & Unlawful Resale

Ticket purchase limits may apply per person, household, account, credit card, or other identifying information. Orders exceeding posted limits may be canceled without notice.

Unlawful resale or attempted resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained through unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void.

Unauthorized resale on venue property is prohibited and may result in ticket revocation, ejection without refund, and/or legal action.

The venue and/or promoter reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being purchased for commercial resale in violation of applicable law or event policies.

13. Replacement Tickets

Replacement of lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets is solely at the discretion of the venue and subject to purchaser verification. Reissued tickets invalidate the original barcode. Fees may apply.

Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties are not eligible for replacement.

14. Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events

If an event is:

• Canceled with no rescheduled date: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Postponed or rescheduled: Tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise communicated. Refund eligibility, if any, shall be determined by the promoter.

The venue shall not be liable for travel, lodging, parking, or incidental expenses incurred as a result of event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling.

15. Admission & Conduct

Admission is subject to security screening, venue policies, and promoter requirements.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person without refund for disorderly conduct, intoxication, illegal activity, violation of venue policies, or failure to comply with event rules.

Seating locations may be relocated if necessary due to production, safety, security, or operational requirements.

16. Errors & Billing Verification

Orders may be subject to billing verification procedures. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without notice.

In the event of pricing errors, seating misallocations, system malfunctions, or other technical errors, the venue reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund prior to event admission.

17. Accessible (ADA) Ticketing Policy

Rice-Eccles Stadium and the Jon M. Huntsman Center are committed to providing equal access to ticketing opportunities for all guests in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Accessible seating will be:

• Available through all standard ticket sales channels (online, phone, and in-person)
• Offered during the same sales periods as all other tickets, including presales and public on-sales
• Priced the same as non-accessible seating in comparable locations

Accessible seating locations will be identified on ticketing platforms to allow guests to make informed purchasing decisions.

Accessible seating is reserved for individuals with disabilities and their companions. By purchasing accessible seating, the purchaser affirms that the seating is required for a member of their party. Proof of disability is not required.

Guests purchasing accessible seating may obtain up to three (3) companion seats, subject to availability. If contiguous seating is not available, the venue will make reasonable efforts to seat parties as close together as possible.

Accessible seating will be held for purchase by those who require it and may be released for general sale if standard seating inventory is sold out.

Accessible tickets may be transferred or resold in accordance with standard ticket policies. Guests who require accessible seating after purchasing standard tickets are encouraged to contact the box office for assistance, subject to availability.

The venue reserves the right to implement reasonable measures to prevent misuse of accessible seating, including requiring purchaser acknowledgment of need.

Venue staff, ticketing personnel, and applicable partners are trained to support accessible ticketing needs and provide appropriate assistance.

18. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from any cause.

By attending the event, ticket holder releases and holds harmless the University of Utah, the venue, management, the facility owner and operator, event promoters, producers, performers, participants, leagues, sponsors, ticketing providers, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to attendance at the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Recording & Exhibition

Unauthorized recording, transmission, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of event content is prohibited.

By entering the venue, guests grant permission to the University, venue, promoter, and their designees to use their likeness, image, voice, and appearance in broadcast, promotional, archival, or commercial materials without compensation.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
