More than 50,000 country music fans attended the Garth Brooks Stadium Tour at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday, July 17. The highly-anticipated show is Rice-Eccles Stadium’s first solo-artist concert since 2011 and Utah’s first major concert event in 2021.

 

The country music legend embodied the power of live music by creating an unforgettable experience for his fans. He serenaded the audience with a two-hour performance that included classic hits like Friends in Low Places, The Thunder Rolls, Unanswered Prayer and more.

 

The Garth Brooks Stadium Tour was worth the wait. Though this was his first appearance in Salt Lake City since 2015, it may not be his last. Stay tuned for more information about upcoming concerts and events coming to Rice-Eccles Stadium.
